At our recent #MindHK #Morethanalabel “Refraction: A Journey of Our Mind” Community Arts Workshops, our co-founder Christie So guided us through the story stone art process to explore the hidden facets of our mental health journeys. Like light bending to reveal unexpected colours, the simple act of drawing and sharing allowed something within us to quietly sparkle to the surface.
