Thank you to all the parents who joined our Arts for Connection workshop.
Through guided expressive arts, parents paused from daily demands to reflect on their parenting experience, reconnect with themselves, and notice how inner balance shapes the way we show up for our children. When we make space to care for ourselves, it becomes easier to truly care for them.
It was a morning of creativity, honest sharing, and quiet courage — we watched insight emerge through colours, movement, and images.
